Attractive Document Signed ('George R.') at the head, 1 page folio (oblong) on vellum (paper seal and blue revenue stamp), given at St James's, 5 March 1794. Appointing Robert Whitburn a Lieutenant in the volunteer company to be associated in the parish of St George, Hanover Square. Countersigned by Henry Dundas, 1st Lord Melville, at that time Secretary of War.
