Churchill as a Liberal

CHURCHILL, Sir Winston Spencer (1874-1965).
Letter Signed to [Sir Norman] Lamont (1869-1949, PPS to Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman & to Churchill), 2½ pages 8vo, 105 Mount Street, 4 November 1904. Thanking Lamont for information provided and making arrangements to dine with him and the Master of Elibank in Glasgow.
Lamont was the Honorary Secretary to the Scottish Liberal Association at this time, when Churchill had just defected to the Liberals. The letter refers to political meetings.
 The body of the letter is in the hand of Annette Anning, Churchill's secretary.
