Autograph Letter Signed to Collier, 3 pages 8vo (laid down by the second leaf), Sukkur, 19 March 1846. Sending news of Collier's son ('he remains here till the Scinde Horse arrive, and he will accompany them to Hyderabad'), and of his own doings.
'... You will be sorry to see what a disappointment we have all had in being too late for the Punjab War. Sir Charles Napier hoped when he was ordered up to have been in time for some part of it, but all was over long before his arrival. ...'
