Document Signed ('George PR'), 1 page folio on vellum, (missing original paper seal, browned), with revenue stamps, Carlton House, 25 October 1814. Countersigned by the Home Secretary, Henry Addington, first Viscount Sidmouth. Appointing Peter Adamson a major in the Portugese Army.
