WILLIAM III (1650-1702). King of England, Scotland and Ireland, and prince of Orange.
Document Signed, 1 page folio on vellum (rather soiled, especially in the folds, lacking the papered seal), Kensington, 19 April 1700. Countersigned (in the lower right hand corner) by Edward Villiers, first earl of Jersey (1655?-1711), secretary of state for the southern department.

Appointing Constant[ine] Egan adjutant of the regiment of foot commanded by Richard Ingoldsby (1664/5-1712), who had been appointed colonel of the Royal Welch Fusiliers in February 1693.
