Autograph Letter Signed to Eaton Faning, 1 page 8vo with blank leaf, 15 Regent's Park Road (on Royal Academy of Music writing paper), 26 April 1892. Explaining that he had already disposed of his tickets to the Philharmonic concert, and attempting to make arrangements to meet.

[Joseph] Eaton Faning (1850-1927) was a composer and teacher, a former pupil of Arthur Sullivan, who was, or had been, a colleague of Mackenzie's at the Royal Academy of Music.
