Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed correspondent, 2 pages 8vo, Brompton Square, 18 April 1831. Discussing the rather arcane procedure required in order to secure a licence.

'... Blow up West as much as seemeth meet unto you ... but I should be very sorry if my complaint against the irasscible [sic]Old Twaddler led to his discharge.'
