Autograph Letter Signed ('Caffieri') to a Count, 2 pages 4to, Paris, 29 July 1785.
Expressing his pleasure that the monument to his correspondent's late mother has been completed to his satisfaction, especially the urn and epitaph which he had sent ('j'ay aporté touts mes soins pour qu'il soit executé avec tout l'exactitude possible'), looking forward to seeing the Count and Countess in September at the Salon, which opens on 25 August for a month, and acknowledging receipt of 271 livres from Monsieur de Saint-Aubin.
