Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed correspondent ('dear sir'), 1 page 8vo with integral blank, The Grange, North End Road, Fulham, no date. Asking for information about a new publication of Mantegna's engravings about to appear in Paris.
'... There is a publication of copies of Mantegnas engravings coming out in Paris. I should like a good copy of them and my friend Mr Eustace Balfour says you can get them cheaper that I could - will you let me know about them.'
The architect Eustace Balfour was the brother of the prime minister Arthur James Balfour.
