ERNEST AUGUSTUS, Duke of Cumberland (1771-1851). King of Hanover; son of George III.
Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed correspondent ('Dear Sir'), 1 page 8vo with integral second leaf, Kew, 3 September 1796. Thanking him for news of the hereditary Prince of Württemberg, and commenting on the 'happy event' for his sister.
