Document Signed ('George R.' in the upper left hand corner), 1 page large folio on vellum (lacking the papered seal), St James's, 11 February 1761. A commission appointing Thomas Fowke 'Captain Lieutenant to that Company, in Our Thirteenth Regiment of Foot, commanded by Our Trusty and Welbeloved, Henry Pulteney Esqr. The text partially printed.
 Countersigned by [Robert D'Arcy] earl of Holdernesse (1718-1778).
