GEORGE III (1738-1820). King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
Document Signed ('approved G.R.'), 1 page 4to with integral docketed second leaf, no place, 25 June 1807. Seeking the King's approval for Lieutenant General Lord Charles Somerset to be 'placed on the Staff of Great Britain from the 25th of April 1807'.
A pencilled note states 'to be not[ified] to A[djutant].G[eneral].' and a note on the docket confirmed that notification took place on the 17th of July.
