Document Signed ('approved G.R.' in a shaky hand), 1 page 4to with integral docketed second leaf, no place, 25 July 1805. Requesting approval for the appointment of Major H.H. Mitchell of the 26th Foot to the post of 'Assistant Adjutant General to the Forces in Great Britain'.
A pencilled note states 'to be notified to the A.G.', with a confirmation on the docket to the effect that notification took place on the 27th of July.
