Document Signed ('George R.' at the head), 1 page folio (oblong, on vellum) with blue revenue stamps, St James's, 10 February 1755. Appointing Donald McDonald a first lieutenant in the seventh company of marines. Countersigned by George, Baron Anson (1697-1762), Sir William Rowley, John Clevland and W. Ellis.
