Autograph Letter Signed ('G'R') as king, to his sister, Princess Sophia ('My beloved Sophy'), 1 page 4to (red wax seal to reverse, but no address-leaf), Royal Lodge, 19 January 1826. Thanking her for a letter, and making arrangements to meet her, his sister Princess Mary and his brother Frederick [Duke of York].
'A thousand thanks for your dear & kind Letter. I propose to be with you at Kensington on Wednesday morning next by eleven oClock. Pray appoint our dearest Mary to meet me there at that Hour. I shall then trust either to you, or to Her, to convey me to see our dear Frederick.
