CHARPENTIER, Gustave (1860-1956). French composer.
Autograph Letter Signed to Madame Herbinet, 1 page 8vo on a folded letter-card, Rochechouart [near Limoges], postmark 30 October 1907. Promising to inscribe and return to her a score of Louise if she will send it to him.
Louise, to Charpentier's own libretto, was first produced at the Opéra Comique of 2 February 1900.
