SCHUMANN, Clara (1819-1896). Pianist. Wife of Robert Schumann.
Document Signed, 1 page 4to (oblong) partially printed and completed by hand, 30 November 1886, the signature in a lighter ink. A receipt for her salary from September to November 1886 from the Hoch Conservatory in Frankfurt.
Clara Schumann had become principal teacher of the piano at the Conservatory in 1878 and continued her own playing career until 1891.
