Document Signed, 1 page folio (oblong) on vellum, St James's, 7 February 1799. Appointing Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Campbell to be captain of an independent company of invalids doing duty at Guernsey. Countersigned by the duke of Portland (prime minister 1807 to 1809).
