Autograph Letter Signed ('St Vincent') to George Rogers, 1 page 4to with autograph address-leaf signed, Torr Abbey, 14 December 1800. A letter of introduction and plea for a place at Greenwich School for the 'Boy Armstrong', whose sailor father had died of yellow fever.
