Part of the galley-proof of Romano-Lavo Lil (1874), one side heavily corrected, together with the Autograph Manuscript of an eleven-line replacement section. The proof has several small corrections, all reflected in the final text, as is the section in manuscript, which replaces an excised portion of the printed text.
