Document Signed in fine clean condition, 1 page large folio with embossed seal, given at St James's, 30 September 1947. Approving of the appointment of Philip H. Fox as vice-consul at Falmouth 'for the county of Cornwall (with the exception of Fowey and Penzance)', by the Queen of the Netherlands. Countersigned by Ernest Bevin.
