Autograph Letter Signed to Mr Lahee, a house agent, 1 page 8vo with address-leaf (stained strip of old mount adhering to the left hand side), 21 April 1826.
'I beg you will call upon Mr Townsend and tell him that I expect the business of the lease will be settled next week at latest - that is, the Lease executed and the money paid as agreed upon. If it should not be convenient for Mr T. to terminate the business next week, you will give him notice that he must consider the treaty at an end.
'As to the Boxes in the greenhouse or bow-window they are of course included in the fixtures. ...'
