DE LESSEPS, Charles Aimée Marie (1849-1923). Civil engineer. Worked with his father on the Panama Canal.
Three Autograph Letters Signed to Lady Anna [Chandos-Pole], 12 pages 8vo (one rather soiled), Paris and Ismailia, 1899 and 1913 (2). Mainly social, recalling fond memories of his three year stay in England, telling her of plans to unveil a statue of his father in Marseilles, referring to his trip to Egypt, and mentioning politics of the day.
