Rossetti takes Browning to meet Hunt

BROWNING, Robert (1812-1889). Poet.
Autograph Letter Signed to Rossetti (probably Dante Gabriel), 1 page 8vo (laid down by the blank), 29 Devonshire Place, 'Tuesday', no date. A rather scrawled letter concerning an arrangement made by Rossetti's brother (William Michael, assuming the letter is to D.G.) to meet [William Holman] Hunt, and adding that 'I have your "Rachel & Leah".
In 1855 Dante Gabriel Rossetti executed a watercolour of the biblical sisters Rachel and Leah which is now in the collection of the Tate Gallery.
Not in The Brownings' Correspondence, a Checklist, compiled by Kelley and Hudson, where many other letters to the Rossettis are noted.
