GEORGE IV (1762-1830). King of England.
Document Signed, as Prince Regent ('George PR' at the head), to David Cathcart, 4 pages folio (slight staining, small tears in folds, mark & small hole where seal removed), with embossed paper seal, given at Carlton House, 14 Apr 1813, countersigned by Viscount Sidmouth. A commission appointing Cathcart as a Lord of Session at the College of Justice, Scotland to replace Sir William Honyman.
