Document Signed, 1 page folio (oblong) on vellum with embossed royal and revenue seals, countersigned by Henry Addington ('Sidmouth'), Carlton House, 4 August 1814. Raising Danzie Carter to the rank of Captain in the 58th, or Rutlandshire, regiment of foot.
