PAGANINI, Nicolo (1782-1840). Italian violinist.
Curiously bilingual autograph inscription 'Alla Signora Chatterton / avec les compliments de / Nicolo Paganini', on 1 page 8vo (oblong), no date.
Assuming that the document dates from the end of Paganini's life it could have been inscribed to wife of John Balsir Chatterton (1805-1871, 'The Paganini of the harp'), or to the wife of his younger brother, Frederick, whose talents on the harp were said to have been even greater.
