Autograph Letter Signed to F[rancis] Freeling, 1 page 4to, 16 Upper Grosvenor Street, 3 May 1805. Thanking him for his attention to the problems of the people of Bury.
'... and the representations you have made to their Lordships the Post master General [sic] to induce them to listen to their complaints and as far as is practicable, consistent with propriety, redress them, demand my warmest acknowledgements ...'
