Autograph Letter (third person: 'The Queen') to Sir G[eorge] Grey, 1 page 8vo, colourful crest with two flags and a laurel wreath, noted in another hand 'Balmoral 1855'. Sending Grey some letters to read.
Sir George (1799-1882, second baronet) was at this time colonial secretary in Lord Aberdeen's coalition ministry.
