Typewritten Letter Signed ('Myra' with the surname added in another hand) to 'Dear Daisy', 1½ pages 8vo (creased), 8 Carlton Hill, St John's Wood, 1 October 1934. Arranging to have Daisy sign the special testimonial to be presented to Sir Henry [Wood] on the last night of the Proms to celebrate the 40th season.
