Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed aspiring poet, 1 page 4to (traces of former mounting on the back), The White Gates, Westcott Road, Dorking, 4 January 1939. Agreeing to look at his poem, but holding out very little chance of it being suitable for setting to music ('besides which I have musical plans on hand which will occupy me for a long time').
