Autograph Letter Signed to Mr Gordon, 1 page 8vo, Little Holland House, 6 October 1896. Declaring that he has 'every reason for believing in the absolute correctness of the statements in Mr (name scribbled out) paper'.

The writing paper carries the printed address of Little Holland House although it was knocked down in 1875. He subsequently moved to New Little Holland House in Melbury Road, backing on to his good friend Frederic Leighton's property.
