Autograph Letter (third person), in English, to Spring Rice, 1 page 8vo, Grosvenor Place, 13 February 1836. Asking that a letter of introduction (no longer present) for Henry O'Brien be forwarded to His Majesty's Havoverian Chargé d'affaires at Rome; a note initialled by Spring Rice directs that a civil note be sent.
Ompteda's father, Baron Christian (1765-1815), had been killed at Waterloo.
