Document Signed, addressed at the foot to Rear Admiral G[raham] E[den] Hamond ('S America'), 1 page folio, partly printed, Admiralty, 21 December 1835.
'I have received and laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letters dated from the 30th August to the 28th of October, numbered from 165 to 201.'
Admiral Sir Graham Eden Hamond (1779-1862) was from 1834 to 1838 on his last posting as commander-in-chief on the South American station.
