INDENTURE - Kingston upon Hull, 1696
Indenture on vellum ca 260 x 420 mm. (10 x 16½ inches), dated in the eighth year of the reign of William III, 1696.
Bargain and sale between Mordecai Reader of Kingston upon Hull, tinner, and William Redman of York, hosier, and Nathaniel Reader of Kingston upon Hull, watchmaker, of messuages and tenements in Vinar Street (with a list of the tenants) and a plot of land in Blankett Row, in consideration of the sum of five shillings. Signed at the foot by Mordecai Reader and as witnesses on the reverse by Christopher Boys, Walter Sotheby and George Porrett.
