Document Signed, 1 page large folio with papered seal, partially printed and completed by hand, Brussels, 1 November 1921. Appointing C.L. Fox as Belgian consul at Falmouth, with jurisdiction over that part of Cornwall west of Lostwithiel, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow.
