Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed correspondent, 1 page 4to with oblong 8vo sheet adhering to the margin, Bennett's Hill, 8 September 1821. Sending, on the attached scrap, an unpublished autograph example of her father's verse and regretting that her correspondent will be obliged to pay double postage.
'...When three or fourscore years come on
Retentiveness of Memory's gone
And, like your tub, beneath a spout
Whate'er flows in, when full, flows out.'
